Privacy Policy

At Atyno (atyno.com), protecting the personal data of you and your guests is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, processing, and protection of your information in accordance with international data security standards.

1Section 1: Data Collection

A) Host Data

Upon registration, we collect basic information including your name, email address, timezone settings, and profile picture.

B) Calendar Data

When synchronizing with calendar providers (such as Google Calendar), Atyno strictly retrieves metadata regarding your availability (Free/Busy status) to prevent scheduling conflicts and creates new booking events on your calendar. We do not extract, read, or store the content of your emails, contacts, or private details of your existing calendar events.

C) Guest Data

Information entered by guests during the booking process (such as name and email address) is collected and provided directly to the Host to facilitate the meeting coordination.

2Section 2: Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed exclusively to provide the core services of the platform. This includes automating the booking process, sending email reminders, and maintaining two-way synchronization with your personal calendar for effective time management.

3Section 3: Google API Limited Use Policy Disclosure

Atyno's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We do not sell your calendar data to any third parties.
  • We do not use your data for advertising purposes or serving ads.
  • We do not use your calendar data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Strictly no human access to your data is permitted, except with your explicit consent for resolving technical support issues or when legally required by valid international legal authorities.

4Section 4: Infrastructure Security and Data Retention

We utilize advanced encryption protocols (SSL/TLS in transit and at rest) for all data transfers. Your information is stored exclusively on secure cloud infrastructure. Your data is retained in our systems only for as long as your account remains active.

5Section 5: Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Atyno website uses standard cookies for session management, maintaining your login state, and analyzing web traffic to optimize platform performance. You can manage or block these cookies through your browser settings.

6Section 6: User Rights and Right to Erasure (Revoke Access)

You maintain full control over your data:

  • Revoking Calendar Access: You can disconnect Atyno's access to your calendars at any time via your Atyno dashboard or directly through your Google Account Security Settings.
  • Data Deletion: You have the right to request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated data from our databases. By initiating this request through your account settings or by contacting us, all your records will be irreversibly erased.
